New ICSC Report:
Letting the Sun Shine on Retail Solar

ICSCAs more retailers are getting aboard the solar train, a new report for the International Council of Retailers by Jerry Yudelson offers a useful overview of retailer’s use and the current economics of solar power. Particularly important among other trends discussed in this report is the advent of third-party financing partnerships that are enabling companies to buy renewable electricity without incurring the upfront capital costs.

Yudelson Associates Lands Leading-Edge Research Grant to Study European Green Building Innovations

MCERFWe are pleased to announce an important new research grant from the Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF). Over the next six months, Yudelson Associates will be conducting a new research study, “New Technologies, Lessons, and Opportunities in European Green Building Approaches,” to be led by Jerry Yudelson of Yudelson Associates. This study will explore and present European green building technologies that are fully developed and available for use in the U.S. This study will be completed by June 30th and reported publicly in the second half of this year. Subscribers to this e-newsletter will be among the first to know of its availability.
