RESEARCH INSIGHTS
The World’s Greenest Buildings
Jerry is continuing to research and write his new book, The World’s Greenest Buildings: Promise vs. Performance in Sustainable Design (Routledge Taylor & Francis, 2012). What we find fascinating is how few of the world’s most highly rated green buildings actually track energy use! This book has been a real education. Despite the fact that the “Green Building Revolution” is now more than a decade old, there is so much more that needs to be done!
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
A Sustainability Master Plan for The Ohio State University
In cooperation with two other consultants, Yudelson Associates recently completed a campus sustainability master plan for America’s largest university which comprises four campuses and more than 900 buildings. The plan provided input to Ohio State's Climate Action Plan (CAP), which is now available for review as an exemplary case study of how large organizations can effectively implement long-term and large-scale sustainability planning.

Taking Green Marketing to the Next Level
In April 2011, Yudelson Associates began working with Glumac, an international consulting engineering firm headquartered on the West Coast. Our assignment was to translate the company’s strong brand in green building and sustainable design to the next level of business. Specifically their objective is to grow a $30 million (2010) enterprise into a major engineering design and building commissioning powerhouse over the next 3 to 5 years.
What can we do to help you build your green brand over the next half-decade or how can we help your organization to enhance its sustainability planning?

NEW INITIATIVE
Helping Smaller Enterprises Find Sustainability
In his career, Jerry has been a management consultant to more than 75 CEOs of SME’s (small/medium enterprises). While most of the Fortune 1000 companies have actively embraced sustainability metrics and have reaped many benefits, it’s now time for the SME sector to set sail on “The Sea of Sustainability.”
By using Yudelson Associates’ proprietary 10-Step Method, sustainability can become the watchword for successful enterprises of all sizes in the decade ahead. It’s not too late to start up a program that will cut costs, improve morale and help you develop new products and services.
Contact Yudelson Associates for details on how we can help your company set up such a program.
