LEED Training Services
Yudelson Associates provides customized training in sustainability, with a particular focus on communicating the business case for sustainable design, development and operations. This training complements and extends our established programs in training in the LEED rating systems, including preparation for taking the LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) exam. Training programs include new requirements introduced in 2009 by the Green Building Certification Institute. Jerry Yudelson is one of the ten original LEED national faculty members and has trained more than 3,500 building industry professionals in the LEED system since 2001. In 2008, he trained more than 400 facility and property managers, both live and online, for one of the country’s largest property management firms.
In 2009, Yudelson Associates trained 50 property and development managers in five cities for one of the country’s largest residential real estate developers. All courses are customized for an organization’s particular requirements and all include full instruction in the technical and project management requirements for LEED 2009 and the newest LEED certification programs including LEED-NC, LEED-EB and LEED for Retail.

“Jerry Yudelson of Yudelson Associates provided LEED-NC training in the first quarter 2009 for five regional offices of AvalonBay Communities, Inc., providing a course for about 50 of our top development, construction and design associates. We asked Jerry to prepare a customized presentation that would address our specific issues as a national developer of residential communities. We were very pleased with the high quality of Jerry’s presentations, his depth of knowledge and the value of his interaction with our associates. We would be pleased to recommend Jerry Yudelson and Yudelson Associates for similar services to other large organizations.”
